Let (\({\mathcal A},\omega)\) be an \(n+1\) dimensional commutative nonassociative baric algebra where \(\omega\) is a weight function; it is called a Bernstein algebra iff for every element x of this algebra \((x^ 2)^ 2=\omega (x^ 2)x^ 2.\) The author shows the following results: If, for every element x of \(N=\ker \omega\) in a Bernstein algebra, \(x^ 3=0\), this algebra is a special train algebra. If \({\mathcal A}\) is a Bernstein algebra, it is a nuclear algebra if and only if the core of \({\mathcal A}\) is \({\mathcal A}\). The core of a Bernstein algebra is a special train algebra.
