A dynamical system is a triple \(\{ {\mathcal M},\psi,\tau \}\), where \({\mathcal M}\) is a \(W^*\)-algebra, \(\psi\) is a faithful normal state on \({\mathcal M}\) and \(\tau\) is weak\({}^*\) continuous representation on \({\mathbb{N}}\) as completely positive identity preserving operators on \({\mathcal M}\) leaving \(\psi\) invariant. The system is called conservative if these operators are *-automorphisms. For these objects, an analogue of the dilation theory for contractions on Hilbert spaces (the role of unitary operators being played by conservative systems) is known for some time, especially because of physical motivations. In this setting the Markov property is important. The present authors construct a dilation of the system attached to the non-quasifree Bloch evolution equations which is Markov (the same result for the quasifree case and a dilation for the general case which is not Markov are previously known).
