Some sufficient conditions for the stability of the trivial solution of the following nonlinear system of differential equations with impulse action are established \(dx/dt=A(t)x\), \(t\neq\tau_ i\), \(\Delta x|_{t=\tau_ i}=B_ ix+I_ i(x)\), where \(x\in {\mathbb{R}}^ n\), \(t\geq t_ 0\), A(t) is a continuous bounded matrix for \(t\geq t_ 0\) of n order, \(B_ i\) are constant \(n\times n\) matrices, bounded uniformly with respect to \(i\in N\), and the time moments \(\tau_ i\), \(t_ 0<\tau_ 1<\tau_ 2<...\), are such that \(\lim_{i\to\infty }\tau_ i=\infty\).
