The author presents an analysis of evolution of the difference information in the process of the Fermi and Bose gases self-organization for nonextensive systems. A new measure of the difference information is obtained, and the S- and I- theorems on changes of parameterized quantum entropy and information difference measures are proved under the Gibbs condition for the Hamilton effective function. This is a legitimate procedure. The author studies closed and open nonextensive systems and found an extremum of the quantum entropy.
