In a nonnilpotent fibration \(F\to E\to B\), the rational cohomology \(H^*(F;{\mathbb{Q}})\) is not a rational homotopy type invariant of the fibration. Considering the canonical action of \(\pi_ 1(B)\) on \(H^*(F;{\mathbb{Q}})\), one sees how a submodule of \(H^*(F;{\mathbb{Q}})\) is such an invariant. Some applications are given on Quillen plus construction, De Rham \(\Psi\)-homotopy of a nonnilpotent space and infinite cyclic covering.
