A proof for the uniform asymptotic stability of a class of pointwise-in- time stable systems of time-varying ordinary differential equations is given. Sufficient conditions for stability which may be tested naturally in the context of adaptive control are provided. The time-varying system and the system identification process are not decoupled, which makes the analysis more complicated. The overall system stability analysis is reduced to a generalized form of convergence of the parameters of the system identification process. In the paper a goal is defined which seeks adaptive control stability robustness through robust identification. The paper is well organized and written and highly suggested to those involved in the area of the corresponding interest.
