Let O be a \((q+1)\)-arc of PG(2,q) (or an oval of PG(2,q) if q is even), and let \({\mathcal C}(0)\) be the cone that projects 0 from a point x of PG(3,q)-PG(2,q). Then a partition of \({\mathcal C}(0)-\{x\}\) into q disjoint plane \((q+1)-arcs\) (or ovals) is called a flock of \({\mathcal C}(0)\). The authors determine all flocks of \({\mathcal C}(0)\) for \(q\leq 8\).
