A model of quantum theory for scalar particles interacting only gravitationally in \(2+1\) dimensions is considered. Although the consistent full theory does not exist the author constructed unambiguously the two-particle sector of the Hilbert space and computed the associated exact scattering amplitude. The nonperturbative method of quantization introduced by the author is mathematically interesting and suggest the possible approach to N-particle case.
