Proofs are based on results of the cited authors and on some ones due to \textit{M. Nunokawa} [Proc. Japan Acad., Ser. A 68, No. 6, 152-153 (1992; Zbl 0773.30020), ibid. 69, No. 7, 234-237 (1993; Zbl 0793.30007)].
