    Es werden mathematische Modelle von Populationen betrachtet, die in passiver Weise zwischen zwei voneinander getrennten Lebensräumen übertragen werden. Zunächst wird der Fall einer Population mit in beiden Lebensräumen verschiedenen, Dichte-abhängigen Wachstumsraten und mit symmetrischer Rate der passiven Übertragung untersucht und gezeigt, daß unter entsprechenden Voraussetzungen ein eindeutig bestimmter, global stabiler Gleichgewichtspunkt existiert. Dann wird der Fall einer Räuberpopulation betrachtet, für die in dem einen Lebensraum eine Beute-Population vorhanden ist und im anderen nicht; es werden Bedingungen für die Existenz eines Gleichgewichtspunktes aufgestellt (der auch für den Fall existieren kann, daß die Räuber-Beute-Beziehung im ersten Lebensraum instabil ist).
