This note comments on the author's paper, ibid. 7, 77-82 (1982; Zbl 0507.62072). In Subsection 3.1 of that paper, we discussed the connectedness of GD designs with the exception of two cases on the singular and regular types. These cases yield disconnected designs. We here provide characterizations of such cases.
