The existence of periodic solutions of the motion of an aero-elastic plate with periodic forcing is shown. The method of regularization is used. The nonlinear term - consisting of products of second derivatives of the deflection and of the Airy stress functions - plays a crucial role in establishing the existence of periodic motion.
