The authors develope the three term recurrence relations, equivalence transformations, Euler-Minding series, the Stern-Stolz theorem and the Worpitzky theorem (in an equivalent and unnecessarily complicated form) for continued fractions \(K(B_n/A_n)\), where \(A_n\) and \(B_n\) are \(m\times m\) matrices with \(B/A=B^{-1}A\). The methods used are simple adaptations of the standard proofs for scalar continued fractions.
