Un anneau artinien A est dit semi-sériel si tout A-module à gauche indécomposable est quasi-injectif au sens de Johnson et Wong. Dans cette note on démontre que la classe des anneaux semi-sériels (resp. des algèbres semi-sérielles) de longueur d, \(d\geq 0\), est axiomatisable (resp. fini-axiomatisable). On en déduit que les anneaux sériels (resp. les algèbres sérielles) de longueur d, forment une classe axiomatisable (resp. fini-axiomatisable).
