The author proposes a method of converting the partial differential equations of the problem defined by linear partial differential operators into boundary integral equations supposing that the relevant fundamental solutions exist. The method is based on the use of a specific generalized function \(\delta \theta_ p\) derived by the theory of generalized functions and, by which the boundary integral equations and their arbitrary derivatives of any sufficiently smooth function can be generated.
