The author continues the investigation of boundary value problems for general systems of differential equations with constant coefficients of order 2n, \(n\geq 1\), in a domain which is a direct product of a segment and a m-dimensional torus, when on the segment the approximate local boundary data are given. Conditions for the existence of the solution and for the stability of the problem are established in terms of Diophantine properties of integers. Some theorems about sufficient conditions for the existence of a solution and of the stability of the problem for almost all (in the sense of Lebesgue measure) vectors, composed of parameters of the domain, of coefficients of the equations and of coefficients of the boundary conditions, are proved.
