The author gives a description of the construction of exceptional Jacobi polynomials via two partitions. Then, since the zeros of exceptional Jacobi polynomials can be outside the interval $[-1,1]$ or lie in the complex plain, he proves that the number of their regular zeros tends to infinity as the degree tends to infinity, as well as the asymptotic behavior of these zeros is related to the Bessel function and the Arcsine distribution. He also derives that the exceptional zeros are attracted by the simple zeros of the generalized Jacobi polynomials.
