Let \(\Lambda\) be a transitive attractor of a flow \(X_t\). The attractor \(\Lambda\) is called \(C^r\) robust if it has a neighborhood \(U\) such that the set \(\bigcap_{t>0}Y_t(U)\) is transitive for any flow \(Y_t\), \(C^r\)-close to \(X_t\). The authors give a sufficient condition under which a transitive attractor of a 3-dimensional flow is \(C^r\) robust (note that the geometric Lorenz attractor satisfies this condition).
