Using the author's decomposition method, an analytical solution u(x,t) of the equation \(\partial u/\partial t+au^ m\partial u/\partial x=b\partial^ nu/\partial x^ n,\) \(t>0\), \(x>0\), is obtained in a rapidly convergent series form. Questions of existence and uniqueness of the solution are not discussed.
