Let F be a transversaly holomorphic foliation on a compact orientable manifold M and E a foliated holomorphic vector bundle on M. Let \(\Omega_ F\) *(E) be the sheaf of E-valued holomorphic base-like differential forms. The author shows that the cohomology H \(*(M,\Omega_ F\) *(E)) satisfies Serre duality and he gives some examples of calculation. He shows that the spectral sequence H \(q(M,\Omega\) \(p_ F)\) converges to the de Rham cohomology.
