Let \(G\) be a compact connected Lie group and \(K\) be a closed connected subgroup. The main result of the paper is a sufficient condition for the corresponding Borel fibration: \(G/K \to EK \times_KG/K \to BK\) to be totally noncohomologous to zero. The theorem is then applied to the example \(G = SU(n)\), \(K = S^1\).
