    Let \(p\) be an odd prime and \(n\geq 4\), or \(p=2\) and \(n=3\) or \(n\geq 5\). The author gives an example of a regular subgroup of the affine group \(\text{AGL}(n,p)\) which contains no translation other than the identity.
