Starting from a tiling of the torus \(\mathbb{T}^2= \mathbb{R}^2/\mathbb{Z}^2\) by three parallelograms and a sequence \(\xi=\{\xi_1, \xi_2,\ldots\}\) of exchange rules, the author defines a sequence of tilings \(\mathcal{T}^{[\xi]_n}\) of \(\mathbb{T}^2\), \(n=1,2,\ldots\), each consisting of finitely many translates of three parallelograms. The local structure in the surrounding of vertices of the tilings is studied.
