    The author characterizes a class of \(C^ \infty\)-functions \(\psi: [0,+\infty)\to\mathbb R\) such that: for any entire function \(F\) of the form \[ F(s)=\sum_{k=1}^ \infty a_ k e^{\lambda_ ks},\quad s\in\mathbb C, \quad\hbox{with} \quad 0<\lambda_ k\nearrow+\infty,\quad \sup_ k{k \over \lambda_ k}<+\infty, \] the following implication is true: \[ \hbox{if }\log^ +| F(\sigma+i\psi(\sigma))|=o(\sigma)\hbox{ as } \sigma+i\psi(\sigma)\to\infty\hbox{ then } F\equiv 0. \] This is a generalization of a result by Evgrafov who studied the case \(\psi\equiv 0\).
