    Soit \(X_ 1,\dots,X_ n,\dots\) une suite de v.a. iid \({\mathcal L}(X_ i)=\mu\) dans \({\mathbf R}^ p\). On note \(\lambda_ \mu\) la transformée de Cramer de la mesure \(\mu\). Soit \(\overline X={1\over n}(X_ 1+\cdots+X_ n)\) et pour \(A\) dans \({\mathbf R}^ p\), \(\Lambda_ \mu(A)=\inf_{v\in A}\lambda_ \mu(v)\). Il est bien connu que si \(\int_{{\mathbf R}^ p}\exp(t\| v\|)d\mu(v)\) est finie; alors: \[ \lim\sup{1\over n}\log P_ \mu(\overline X\in C)\leq-\Lambda_ \mu(C)\leqno(*) \] pour tout fermé \(C\) de \({\mathbf R}^ p\). Deux exemples sont donnés: i) Il existe un \(A\) sous-ensemble de \({\mathbf R}^ 3\) tel que la borne \((*)\) n'est pas verifiée, mais la fonction génératrice de la mesure \(\mu\) n'est pas finie dans un voissinage de l'origine. ii) Il existe une mesure \(\mu\) de \({\mathbf R}^ 2\) tel que la borne est verifiée pour tout fermé de \({\mathbf R}^ 2\) mais on a cependant \(\int_{{\mathbf R}^ p}\exp(t\| v\|)d\mu(v)=\infty\).
