Verf. hat in einer früheren Arbeit (1929; F. d. M. \(55_{\text{I}}\), 79) eine liniengeometrische Deutung der notwendigen und hinreichenden Bedingungen dafür gegeben, daß zwei binäre kubische Formen zwei gemeinsame Nullstellen besitzen. In der vorliegenden Note kommt er auf diese Fragestellung zurück. (V 5 E.)
