The author has done a lot of work on fuzzy topological spaces and in this paper he gives an axiomatic characterization of pseudo-closure operators. In 1989, the author and his colleagues introduced the notion of a pseudo- closure operator, \(S_{\tau}\), of a fuzzy topological space (X,\(\tau\)), which is interesting. This paper gives an equivalent condition on a fuzzy topological space (X,\(\tau\)) so that \(\tau\) is the unique fuzzy topology inducing \(S_{\tau}\). Moreover, fuzzy topological spaces of the structure A are discussed.
