We consider a system of equations elliptic in the Petrovskij sense having \(m\) second-order equations with constant coefficients with \(m\) unknown functions in the space of \(n\) independent variables \(L(U)= 0\), \(U= (u_1,\dots, u_m)\), where the operator \(L\) is an \(m\times m\) matrix consisting of second-order differential operators with constant coefficients.
