Linear, discrete-time, time-invariant systems having disturbances lying within a compact set are considered. The paper contains a collection of available as well as some new results on the maximal disturbance invariant sets which belong to a specified subset of the state space. Simple numerical examples illustrate the theoretical and computational contributions.
