Here, the author considers the following first-order initial value problem for the autonomous differential inclusion \[ \dot x(t)\in F(x(t)),\quad t\in [0,\infty), \qquad x(0)=x_{0}, \] where \(F\) is continuous or an upper semicontinuous one-sided Lipschitz (OSL) map from a Banach space \(E\) into \(CC(E)\); the set of all nonempty convex compacts in \(E.\) The assumption used in recent papers by the author that the right-hand side is bounded or integrably bounded on bounded sets is dispensed. The corresponding initial value problem for functional-differential inclusions is considered, too.
