In a previous paper, we presented new difference-differential equations, and studied their \(N\)-soliton solution, elliptic function solutions, and 1-soliton solution under a nonvanishing boundary condition at infinity [\textit{K. Narita}, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 186, No. 1, 120-131 (1994; Zbl 0809.34075)]. In this note, we present new special solutions for the above equations which cannot be obtained from known solutions through a transformation. We also study the corresponding physical solutions for the new equations derived from the above equations through seven different transformations. Recently, Shabat and Yamilov have presented various new solvable difference-differential equations [\textit{R. I. Yamilov}, J. Phys. A, Math. Gen. 27, No. 20, 6839-6851 (1994; Zbl 0844.65090), \textit{A. B. Shabat} and \textit{R. I. Yamilov}, Phys. Lett. 130, 271-275 (1988), and Leningr. Math. J. 2, No. 2, 377-400 (1991); translation from Algebra Anal. 2, No. 2, 183-208 (1990; Zbl 0722.35006)]. We also make reference to the connection between their equations and our transformed equations.
