A neutral difference equation of second-order is considered. The existence of nonoscillatory, oscillatory and weakly oscillatory solutions to such equation is proved. Several examples are given. For part I see [the authors, Math. Comput. Modelling 24, No. 1, 5-11 (1996; Zbl 0856.34077)].
