The aim of this paper is to prove the following result. Proposition. Let \(G\) be a complex reductive group, \(P\) and \(Q\) parabolic subgroups of \(G\) with \(P\subset Q\), and \(K\) a maximal compact subgroup of \(G\). The \(K\)-invariant Kähler-Einstein metric of \(G/P\) restricted to any fiber of the fibration \(G/P\to G/Q\) is again Kähler-Einstein.
