Homogeneous real hypersurfaces in complex projective space have been classified by \textit{R. Takagi} [Osaka J. Math. 10, 495-506 (1973; Zbl 0274.53062)]. Using the theory of homogeneous structures, the author proves that the only naturally reductive ones among these hypersurfaces are the tubes around totally geodesic complex projective subspaces.
