    Let \(m\) and \(n\) be integers with \(m+n \geq 0\), \(m^2+ n^2>0\), we define functions \(K_{m,n}\) as follows: \[ K_{m,n} (z)= (-m)! (-1)^m \bigl[(n-1)! \pi\bigr]^{-1} z^{m-1} \overline z^{n-1} \quad \text{for} \quad m\leq 0, \] \[ K_{m,n} (z)= (-n)! (-1)^n\bigl[ (m-1)! \pi \bigr]^{-1} z^{m-1} \overline z^{n-1} \quad \text{for} \quad n\leq 0, \] \[ K_{m,n} (z)= \bigl[(m-1)! (n-1)! \pi \bigr]^{-1} z^{m-1} \overline z^{n-1} \left[\log | z|^2 -\sum^{m-1}_{k=1} {1\over k}-\sum^{n-1}_{l=1} {1\over l} \right] \text{ for } m,n\geq 1 \] where the summations in the last formula are taken as \(O\) for \(m=1\) or \(n=1\). In the paper, properties of the integral operators \[ (T_{m,n} w)(z) =\iint_D K_{m,n} (z-\zeta) w(\zeta) d\xi d\eta,\;\zeta =\xi+ i\eta, \] where \(D \subset \mathbb{C}\) is a domain as integrability, Hölder condition and differentiability are investigated. As an application boundary value problems for solutions of the equation \(\partial^mw/\partial\overline z^m =V\) are presented.
