The authors study approximation properties of integral operators \(Q_h : L_p(\mathbb R^d) \to L_p(\mathbb R^d)\) defined by \[ Q_h (f)(x)=\int_{\mathbb R^d} f(t) K_h (t, x) \,dt, \quad K_h (t, x)=h^{-d} K(t/h, x/h), \] \(1 \leq p \leq \infty\), \(h>0\). Special classes of the kernels \(K(t, x)\) are considered.
