Verf. stellt sich die Aufgabe, sämtliche Paare dreifach orthogonaler Systeme zu finden, die durch die \textit{Ribaucour}sche Transformation miteinander verknüpft sind. Er findet das Resultat, daß\ eine solche Transformation sich notwendig aus einer \textit{Combescur}schen und aus einer Transformation durch reziproke Radien zusammensetzen läßt.
