Die Arbeit lehnt sich an die Methoden an, die von Lord \textit{Rayleigh} für den Einfluß\ sphärischer oder zylindrischer Körper auf die Fortpflanzung von Wellen in nicht viskoser Luft und von \textit{Lamb} für das gleiche Problem in einem den hydrodynamischen Gesetzen gehorchenden Medium aufgestellt sind, führt aber den Energieverlust durch innere Reibung neu ein. Seine Berücksichtigung führt zu recht komplizierten Ergebnissen. Es wird eine Reihe von Spezialfällen durchgerechnet.
