Zweck der Arbeit ist die Diskussion der allgemeinen Konfiguration der Integralkurven der Differentialgleichung \[ \frac{dy}{dx} = \frac{ax^2+2hxy+by^2+2gx+2fy+c}{a' x^2+2h'xy+b'y^2+2g'x +2f'y +c'}. \] Dieselbe wird durch vier Beispiele und eine Zeichnung illustriert.
