Gleichungen der Form \(x=a^x\), \(x^x=a\) und andere, die sich auf sie zurückführen lassen. Discussion der Curve \(y=\sqrt{a^{2x}-x^2}\). Bestimmung einer Function \(y=f(x)\) von der Art, dass: \[ \frac{d^{m+p}f(x)}{dx^{m+p}}-a\frac{d^mf(x-i)}{dx^m}=0, \] unter der Voraussetzung, dass das Convergenzgebiet der Taylor'schen Entwickelung von \(f\) in der Umgebung von \(x\) sich bis \(x-i\) erstreckt.
