Im Anschluss an seine Note in den Gött. Nachr. 1895, 360 (F. d. M. 26, 465, 1895, JFM 26.0465.01) untersucht der Verf. die Transformationen der kanonischen Polygon der geschlossenen Riemann'schen Fläche zu einem anderen entsprechen. Bei jeder Transformation erfährt das System der Moduln des Polygons eine rationale und rational umkehrbare Transformation; man erhält so Gruppen birationaler Transformationen, die zu den Gruppen lineare Transformationen ebenso stehen, wie die ``elliptische Modulgruppe'' zur ``doppeltperiodischen Gruppe''. Einige specielle Ausführungen für den Fall \((p=1\), \(n=1)\) schliessen die Note.
