    There is considered the following elliptic boundary value problem \[ -\Delta u+c(x)u=f(x)\quad\text{in}\quad D\subset\mathbb R^N, N\geq 2, \] \[ \frac{\partial u}{\partial n}=\sigma g(x,u)\quad\text{on}\quad \partial \Omega,\quad\sigma>0, \] where \(D\) is a bounded domain with smooth boundary \(\partial\Omega,\) \(0\leq f\in C^\theta(D), 0\leq g(x,t)\in C^{1+\theta} (\partial\Omega\times [0,t_0])\) for any \(t_0>0, 0<\theta<1\), \(0\leq c(x)\in C^\infty (\overline D)\). The solvability of the mentioned problem is investigated under the following conditions on the nonlinearity \(g(x,t):\) 1) \(g(x,t)<g(x,s)\) for \(0\leq t<s\) and \(x\in\partial\Omega\), 2) \(\sup \{g(x,t): x\in\partial\Omega, t\geq 0\}<\infty\), 3) there exists a constant \( a_0>0\) such that \[ a_0=\underset{t\to 0}\lim \frac{g(x,t)}{t} \quad\text{uniformly in}\quad x\in\partial\Omega . \]
