The author proposes a variety-based version of generalized fuzzy topological spaces defined by \textit{M. Demirci} [Fuzzy Sets Syst. 161, No.~9, 1224--1241 (2010; Zbl 1206.54005)] and non-communitative topology defined by \textit{C. J. Mulvey} and \textit{J. W. Pelletier} [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 175, No.~1--3, 289--325 (2002; Zbl 1026.06018)]. This approach enables finding of relationships between point-set lattice theoretic topology and non-communitative topology. It can be also viewed as extension of \textit{S. Vickers}' approach to topological systems [Topology via logic. Cambridge Tracts in Theoretical Computer Science, 5. Cambridge etc.: Cambridge University Press. 200 p. (1989; Zbl 0668.54001)]. Yet another consequence of the approach proposed in the paper is that the variable-basis setting of \textit{S. F. Rodabaugh} [Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 2007, Article ID 43645, 71 p. (2007; Zbl 1145.54004)] is a fixed basis relying on singleton families of lattices.
