The paper deals with the problem of estimating the eigenfunctions of Schrödinger operators \(-\Delta +v\) with potential having power, exponential or super-exponential growth at infinity and which is discontinuous on manifolds in \(\mathbb{R}^{n}\). The approach used for this aim is an inhomogeneous pseudodifferential calculus with analytic symbols extending the well-known calculus of Beals and Hörmander. Applying this calculus the author obtains results on boundedness and Fredholmness of the considered pseudodifferential operators in appropriate Sobolev spaces with weights and also estimates for solutions of differential equations which give the results on the behaviour of eigenfunctions of Schrödinger operators.
