In this paper, the author proves the following Theorem: Let \(f\) be a holomorphic function defined in a neighborhood of \(0\) in the complex \(n\)-dimensional plane \(\mathbb{C}^n\) with \(n\geq 3\) and satisfying \(f(0)=0\). Let \(F\) be a holomorphic function defined in the neighborhood of a knot \(K(f;\epsilon)=S(0,\epsilon)\cap f^{-1}(0)\), where \(S(0,\epsilon)\) is the \((2n-1)\)-dimensional sphere of radius \(\epsilon\) and center \(0\). Then, \(F\) can be holomorphically extended to a neighborhood of \(0\). Using this theorem, the author gives a new proof of a theorem of Malgrange (the ``singular Frobenius Theorem'') in dimension \(\geq 4\). The paper contains also information on singularities of foliations.
