The authors study the asymptotic behaviour of a sequence of functionals defined on the space of the measures with bounded variation. In particular they give a theorem for \(\Gamma\)-convergence and the form of the \(\Gamma\)-limit. By applying the result they study the asymptotic behaviour of solutions of some problems which do not satisfy the equi-uniform elliptic condition.
