The authors mainly show that there exists an infinite series of integrals of motion for the solution \(u(x, t)\) of the Cauchy problem for the Korteweg-de-Vries equation: \[ \frac{\partial u}{\partial t}-6u\frac{\partial u}{\partial x}+\frac{\partial^3 u}{\partial x^3}=0, \quad u|_{t=0}=u_0(x), \] with \[ \lim\limits_{x\to -\infty}|u_0(x)-v_0(x)|=\lim\limits_{x\to +\infty}u_0(x)=0, \] where \(v_0(x)\) is a periodic real finite-zone potential with period \(a = 1\) for the Hill equation.
