Nonlinear Schrödinger equations on compact Zoll manifolds with odd growth (Q2516915): Difference between revisions

In this paper, the author studies nonlinear Schrödinger equations focusing on the case when M is a compact Zoll manifold with nonlinear growth of the odd order. It is proved that local uniform well-posedness is valid in the \(H^s\)-subcritical setting according to the scaling invariance, apart from the cubic growth in dimension two. This extends the results by \textit{N. Burq} et al. [Ann. Sci. Éc. Norm. Supér. (4) 38, No. 2, 255--301 (2005; Zbl 1116.35109); Invent. Math. 159, No. 1, 187--223 (2005; Zbl 1092.35099)] to higher nonlinear Schrödinger equations dimensions having a more general nonlinear growth.
