The authors consider the scattering of plane electromagnetic waves by a multilayered chiral scatterer with a perfectly conducting core. They derive integral representations for the exterior field and for the far field pattern of this problem. By using the low frequency approximation the scattering problem is reduced to an iterative sequence of potential problems and the leading term approximation of the far field pattern can be given.
