The authors deal with 3D isotropic medium, having properties of a Fermi liquid, for which a free propagator is considered within the Schwinger representation of the Matsubara formalism. This propagator is sliced yielding a double scale decomposition, where the basis consists of smooth functions \(u\) with compact support such that \(u(x)=1\) for \(0\leq x <1\) and \(u(x)=0\) for \(x>2\). The main result is the proof of the theorem determining upper bounds for the modulus of the coefficient of this decomposition.
